Damaged/defective merchandise: 

  • You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.



Return merchandise: 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) in new and unused condition within 30 days.

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original purchase.
  • All items must be in new and unused condition in original package. We will not refund any item(s) that show any signs of use.
  • Custom clubs, special orders, personalized items, books and software are not included in our return policy and not qualify to return.
  • Store Credit: We offer store credit of original purchase value towards your next purchase.
  • Refund: Refund will be made to your original method of payment as soon as we process your returns. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be posted to your account. The amount of time may vary depending on your credit card company.
  • We offer store credit for all Golf Club(s) returns as long as they pass our inspection and fall under our “30 day playability guarantee”.
  • All shipping fees for any returns are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fee for the original shipment will not be refunded.
